Scope of works:

This simple rear extension added a huge amount of space to this mid terrace property and with the refurb of the ground floor completed too brought to it a new lease of life.
Being a terraced property meant access was through the house so we fully protected the areas and screened off the stairwell which meant our clients could still retire upstairs undisrupted. Following the build of the extension, all the existing timber floors were lifted, insulated and underfloor heating installed before new floor coverings being re-laid.
Large roof windows were fitted along with a new kitchen and bespoke cabinetry was created. Aluminium bi-fold doors and a new patio area further still increase the amount of value added.

Space Design
If you don’t have drawings ready at this stage, we are happy to guide you through this process and connect you with our highly recommended architect firm. We believe in trust and transparency, leading us to build a strong and long-lasting relationship by working side by side with them.
Over the years, our collaboration has matured on the common understanding that good design, aesthetics and practicality are paramount to every one of our projects. Our number one priority is to ensure the final design reflects your desired outcome.
Build
After site set-up, including security, protection and welfare, we will oversee the entire project whilst carrying out elements of the work too. Our clients are guided through every stage of the plan and kept up to date about its progress by means of regular meetings and a mobile messenger service which will provide live status updates.
Transparency throughout every step of the project also means everyone is always up to speed on any alterations.
Aftercare
All clients benefit from a 6 month ‘health check’ after project completion. During our visit, we will perform an inspection of the build during which we will ensure everything is in order. We will also carry out any maintenance that may be required.
