Scope of works:

  • Rear extension
  • Ground floor refurbishment
  • New kitchen

On this 1930’s semi we added a huge 6m deep and full-width extension to the rear. We installed ‘origin’ slim frame sliding doors with glazed gable detail above. As well as this we fitted 4 solar powered Velux roof windows for maximum natural light and underfloor heating. A simple shaker style kitchen is complemented by beautiful quartz worktops and high spec appliances for the luxury feel.

With some reconfiguring of the back half of the house, we were able to create a utility room, downstairs WC, Boot room, Large walk-in pantry and the new kitchen diner. We also fitted oak herringbone flooring throughout the entire ground floor to bring the areas together. The garden was then landscaped and paved to complete the project.

Absolutely outstanding. Brilliant job done with excellent ideas. Very efficient, clean and very tidy. Respectful and friendly team. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

We bought an old Victorian house last year that needed everything doing to it – an extension, a dormer, walls being knocked down, change all electrics and plumbing and I can honestly say it was very plain sailing all because of Innovate!  I have only praise for them. 

Firstly they promised to start in August (which they did) then they promised to be completed by Xmas (which they did after a million people told me there is no chance a builder will stick to their word) and they even helped me with the renovation including the minor detail like picking a fridge!! (Which I feel is not a Builder’s duty but they believe the client needs to be happy throughout)

They went above and beyond at every part of the journey and completely took the stress away. Even when I agreed to not having water in the island in the kitchen (and they had already cemented the floor) I changed my mind and they just simply dealt with it. They didn’t complain because they knew that’s what we wanted. 

They are incredible builders with incredible contractors and I cannot fault them in the slightest!!

Consultation

We will meet with you personally to discuss and understand your requirements and explore your property potential. We want to build a clear picture of how you envisage your space so that we can better translate this to your dream solution.

If architectural drawings are available at this stage, we will then offer a detailed, competitive quotation with no hidden costs.

Space Design

If you don’t have drawings ready at this stage, we are happy to guide you through this process and connect you with our highly recommended architect firm. We believe in trust and transparency, leading us to build a strong and long-lasting relationship by working side by side with them.

Over the years, our collaboration has matured on the common understanding that good design, aesthetics and practicality are paramount to every one of our projects. Our number one priority is to ensure the final design reflects your desired outcome.

Build

After site set-up, including security, protection and welfare, we will oversee the entire project whilst carrying out elements of the work too. Our clients are guided through every stage of the plan and kept up to date about its progress by means of regular meetings and a mobile messenger service which will provide live status updates.

Transparency throughout every step of the project also means everyone is always up to speed on any alterations.

Aftercare

All clients benefit from a 6 month ‘health check’ after project completion. During our visit, we will perform an inspection of the build during which we will ensure everything is in order. We will also carry out any maintenance that may be required.

As we believe in delivering outstanding value to our customers, after the 6-month period, we are happy to offer further advice and answer any questions that may arise. We want our clients to benefit from and enjoy in full what we have created, for the years to come.
