Scope of works:

  • Garage conversion
  • Ground floor home refurbishment
  • New kitchen

This project was one of 6 similar conversions in the same street. These properties were built with a small kitchen, dark hallway and an internal garage. In these conversions the garage door is removed, bricked up to form a window, the floor is insulated and raised to match the rest of the ground floor.

Internal walls were then demolished to create a large kitchen and dining area, a utility room and a WC under the stairs. On this particular project we also renovated the rest of the house with plastering, plumbing and decorating throughout. Our team expertly created a bespoke storage/media unit in the lounge. A complete rewire of the ground floor and a new kitchen with sleek quartz worktops mean the space will be enjoyed for many years.

Absolutely incredible! This is the second time we have used this team and I am literally their number 1 fan.

We bought an old Victorian house last year that needed everything doing to it – an extension, a dormer, walls being knocked down, change all electrics and plumbing and I can honestly say it was very plain sailing all because of Innovate!  I have only praise for them. 

Firstly they promised to start in August (which they did) then they promised to be completed by Xmas (which they did after a million people told me there is no chance a builder will stick to their word) and they even helped me with the renovation including the minor detail like picking a fridge!! (Which I feel is not a Builder’s duty but they believe the client needs to be happy throughout)

They went above and beyond at every part of the journey and completely took the stress away. Even when I agreed to not having water in the island in the kitchen (and they had already cemented the floor) I changed my mind and they just simply dealt with it. They didn’t complain because they knew that’s what we wanted. 

They are incredible builders with incredible contractors and I cannot fault them in the slightest!!

Consultation

We will meet with you personally to discuss and understand your requirements and explore your property potential. We want to build a clear picture of how you envisage your space so that we can better translate this to your dream solution.

If architectural drawings are available at this stage, we will then offer a detailed, competitive quotation with no hidden costs.

Space Design

If you don’t have drawings ready at this stage, we are happy to guide you through this process and connect you with our highly recommended architect firm. We believe in trust and transparency, leading us to build a strong and long-lasting relationship by working side by side with them.

Over the years, our collaboration has matured on the common understanding that good design, aesthetics and practicality are paramount to every one of our projects. Our number one priority is to ensure the final design reflects your desired outcome.

Build

After site set-up, including security, protection and welfare, we will oversee the entire project whilst carrying out elements of the work too. Our clients are guided through every stage of the plan and kept up to date about its progress by means of regular meetings and a mobile messenger service which will provide live status updates.

Transparency throughout every step of the project also means everyone is always up to speed on any alterations.

Aftercare

All clients benefit from a 6 month ‘health check’ after project completion. During our visit, we will perform an inspection of the build during which we will ensure everything is in order. We will also carry out any maintenance that may be required.

As we believe in delivering outstanding value to our customers, after the 6-month period, we are happy to offer further advice and answer any questions that may arise. We want our clients to benefit from and enjoy in full what we have created, for the years to come.
